Refund policy

We want you to love your joysnow jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with a return or exchange under the terms below.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging, with all tags, pouches and inserts
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at fluidmagnetic8@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) to our return center:

Packages sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items marked as such at time of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return (usually within 3 business days of arrival). If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase or before they ship, whichever comes first. Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
