This website, joysnow.store (the "Site"), is operated by Mariner Global Trade LLC, doing business as joysnow ("joysnow," "we," "us," or "our"). We offer this Site, including all information, tools, products and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here (the "Terms").

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the additional policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 1 – Eligibility & Use of the Site

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in your use of the Site, including intellectual property laws. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use the Site.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

Section 4 – Products, Pricing & Availability

Prices for our products are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Jewelry may vary slightly in appearance from images shown. Certain products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 5 – Orders & Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or orders with suspected fraud. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made, and any amount charged will be refunded. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Section 6 – Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers available at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Section 7 – Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed, including 1–3 business days of processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays or other events beyond our reasonable control. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Section 8 – Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide such access "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them.

Section 9 – User Comments & Feedback

If you send us comments, reviews, suggestions or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall joysnow, Mariner Global Trade LLC, or our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless joysnow and Mariner Global Trade LLC and our affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

Section 16 – Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
